Charitable giving is a personal choice that varies for everyone. This guide provides a few options we hope will work for you. Please take a moment to consider ways you can help your most vulnerable sisters and brothers in need around the world.

The Gift of Hope Catalog
Choosing a gift from the Gift of Hope catalog is an inspirational way for you to make a difference for families and communities around the world.
There are many options for giving. You may give in honor or memory of a loved one. You may send a card to family or friends on special occasions.
Or you may give a gift as a group! Invite your family, parish or community to join you in making a life-changing gift like a community watering station, fruit trees or a baby goat.

Gift from IRA's
A qualified charitable distribution allows you to support CRS with a gift made directly from your IRA. If you are at least 70 1/2 you can exclude your donation-up to $105,000-from your taxable income. A QCD can also satisfy your required minimum distribution.
Please ask your fiduciary to reference your name and IRA in the memo line. If you are using an IRA checkbook, please allow additional processing time and mail your gift before December 1 to ensure your gift counts for the current tax year.

Put the charitable dollars stored in your DAF to work! With a gift to CRS, you will be saving and transforming the lives of our sisters and brothers around the world.

Gift of Securities
When you donate securities, you make an outsized impact without taking money directly out of your bank account. You are eligible for a charitable deduction on the full market value of the securities you donate. And neither you nor CRS will be taxed on the gains for appreciated assets you donate.
