Simple Gifts

In this time of strife and difficulty in our world, many of us know how to rejoice in simplicity. We sit back and listen to our favorite Christmas carols or take a walk through a neighborhood decked out with lights. We feel joyful watching a child experience the holidays for the first time.

At Catholic Relief Services, some of the simplest moments are the most treasured gifts, as seen in our gift catalog.  Children are eating better and their parents are earning income thanks to the gift of a goat or lamb. Families are learning the health benefits of clean and accessible water. Farmers are getting seeds and support to grow their self-sufficiency and independence. These are simple gifts of hope.
