Review of Cash Transfers for Seed Security in Emergency Contexts

While there has been an increase in the uptake of cash transfers for seed security in recent years, experience is still somewhat limited. This report provides an analytical review of eight cash transfer for seed security interventions and offers lessons and recommendations to guide the use and design of future responses.
