ProPack II

The CRS Project Package

ProPack II builds on the simple concepts and methodologies introduced in ProPack I. The manual includes sections on project management theories and concepts, detailed implementation planning, and monitoring and evaluation. It serves as a reference guide for CRS and partner staff in mutual capacity strengthening efforts, in support of CRS’ partnership strategy. Together these manuals provide CRS staff with basic project information and tools from the early design stages through the close of the project.
