Malaria resources for practitioners and health workers

Tools used in seasonal malaria chemoprevention (SMC)work in the Sahel

These tools were designed within the consortium-led "ACCESS-SMC" project designed to expand seasonal malaria chemoprevention in the Sahel, reaching more than 6 million children over the course of the project:

  • Flyer to help field agents understand the steps to take before, during and after treatment with seasonal malaria chemoprevention
  • Poster to help mothers understand how to administer SMC medicine to their children
  • Pamphlet that explains how people can fight malaria in their community and household
