Consortium Alignment Framework for Excellence (CAFE)

This tool is designed to help CRS staff and partners improve their ability to form strong consortia that respond to the needs of the most vulnerable and meet donor requirements while strengthening the relationships between agency and partner institutions. The focus of CAFE is to make the managerial, financial, and administrative functions of a consortium effective, efficient, and supportive of project goals, community needs, and donor intent.
