A youth program in Jamaica called St. Patrick's Rangers enables teens to give back to their community by helping neighbors prepare for hurricanes and other natural disasters before they strike, and also helping families rebuild after a disaster happens.

Run by Catholic Relief Services and the St. Patrick Foundation, with generous funding from USAID, the program is making a real difference in people's lives. This video tells the story of a man named Bull, who lost everything in Hurricane Ivan.
