Dr. Gina Castillo is Catholic Relief Services' Climate Policy and Research Advisor. She is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and translating evidence from CRS' programs to advance equitable climate policies that enhance the strength of vulnerable and marginalized groups and empower their ability to recover from climate emergencies.
Gina joined CRS in 2022, bringing more than 18 years' worth of experience in the non-profit sector working at the intersection of program strategy, research, and policy.

Ehsan Rizvi
Ehsan Rizvi has designed and managed several multi-million-dollar development programs in his twenty-year career. He has worked in various fields, including climate change, food security, natural resource and watershed management, and agricultural livelihoods. In managing these projects, Ehsan has worked with a range of donors, including the United Nations, GIZ, the World Bank, and the U.S. government.
Ehsan has extensive international work experience, especially in India, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, and Lesotho.
