Prem Lal Budha, a skilled mason trained in safe building construction, is currently excavating the foundation level of the flood resilient model house at Bairiya village, Raptisonari Rural Municipality-1, Banke.
He is currently in the process of helping the community construct a pilot building of a community hall and store-room to demonstrate flood resilient housing solutions. Using
earthquake resilient stone masonry techniques, carpentry training on better joinery and connections.
Additionally, application of lime stabilized soil technology to prevent mud plaster and walls dissolving during flooding with the valuable assistance of the CRS technical team. The EPRP project is funded by Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies (MACP).

The Church is celebrating its Jubilee Year in 2025 with the theme Pilgrims of Hope. During of this Holy Year, the Jubilee of Workers will take place from May 1–4.
