Biography

Based on Capitol Hill, Dave advocates for CRS' legislative priorities, including the U.S. foreign aid budget and policies tied to Central American migration and human trafficking.

Prior to joining CRS, Dave worked in campus ministry at St. Joseph's University and served as a Jesuit volunteer at Homeboy Industries.
