Mary Beth Iduh joined Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS) U.S.-based team in 2012 after 4 years of working with CRS in Africa & South America in the areas of orphans & vulnerable children, HIV & AIDS, human trafficking/refugees and economic strengthening.
As a Community Engagement Manager based in CRS’ HQ in Baltimore, Mary Beth currently works with seven Mid-Atlantic dioceses to deepen global discipleship in parishes, universities, high schools and other Catholic communities.
She is on the Pastoral Council at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church in Baltimore and the Imagining Justice in Baltimore Community Leaders Cohort of the Institute for Islamic, Christian and Jewish Studies. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Farm of the Child, which supports a Catholic children’s home in Honduras where she previously was a lay missionary.
Mary Beth has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and dual-Masters degrees in Pastoral Ministry & Global Macro Social Work from Boston College. She is married to Adakole Iduh, a former CRS colleague from Nigeria.
