Renee Lambert is Catholic Relief Services' head of office in Tacloban, Philippines, on the island of Leyte. She oversees more than 180 staff working on recovery efforts after last year's Typhoon Haiyan. They are gearing up for an emergency response to Typhoon Hagupit, expected to make landfall in the Philippines on Saturday, Dec. 6.
