Naming Catholic Relief Services as a beneficiary of your IRA, 401(k), 403(b) or other qualified plan is a simple procedure that has a lasting effect on the lives of the men, women and children CRS serves around the world.

Here's what you do:

• Request a beneficiary designation form from your plan administrator.
• Complete the form and return it to your plan administrator.

You can continue to make withdrawals from your retirement plan throughout your lifetime. You can also change the beneficiary at any time to fit a change in your family situation.

Whenever you are considering making a change to your retirement plan, please discuss the change with your professional advisors and your plan administrator.
