Project ABC

The Impact of CRS Adult Education and ABC Program on Education, Agriculture and Migration

This report provides the results of an evaluation of both CRS’ adult education program and a mobile phone-based adult education pilot program (Project Alphabetisation de Base par Cellulaire, or Project ABC) in Niger. Project ABC was implemented by Catholic Relief Services as part of its Multi-Year Assistance Program, in collaboration with Tufts and Oxford Universities.
