Food Fast is Catholic Relief Services` 24-hour hunger awareness retreat for Catholic youth. Focusing on global poverty and hunger, Food Fast offers youth a journey of solidarity with our brothers and sisters overseas, as a way of living out our Catholic faith.

The Food Fast CD-ROM provides resources you need to design a Food Fast, including planning guides, forms, promotional resources, and activities. CD-ROM de Food Fast contiene materiales y actividades para ayudarlos a preparar un retiro Food Fast para su grupo.

The poster helps you promote Food Fast to youth and notify your faith community that youth will be facing the Fast.Use el póster para promover Food Fast con el grupo juvenil y la comunidad.

Order packets of fair trade beads made by artisans in Ecuador. Participants can incorporate beads into bracelets during their Food Fast as a way to remember their experience. Each packet contains enough beads for 10 participants. Please order beads by the packet.If you need more than 10 packs of beads, please email foodfast@crs.org or call 1-866-608-5978.
