Competencies
Catholic Relief Services defines competencies as a cluster of inter-related knowledge, skills, and attitudes that enables a person to do his or her job effectively. Competencies are developed to articulate the most important aspects of performance that make a person a high-performer in his or her job by focusing on a few key behaviors. The recruitment, orientation, professional development and succession processes all use Catholic Relief Services' competencies.
